Y24 Needle Valve Manifold
The ‘Y24’ Type 2-valve manifold is designed for direct mounting to static pressure transmitters. The separate vent valve gives full control of venting of the instrument, plus the ability to calibra...
At Oliver Valves, quality is at the heart of what we do across the company. Our team offers high-end and high-quality valve manifolds that can be distributed worldwide into demanding applications within the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries.
Valve Manifolds from Oliver Valves are designed for static pressure, liquid level, and differential pressure applications in traditional and compact inline body designs, for use in instrument, direct-mount, remote-mount, and module systems. The compact assembly design of our valve manifolds results in reduced size and weight and is easy to install and maintain.
All Oliver Valve products have material traceability and pressure test certificates to BS EN 10204 3.1. A unique code is stamped on all valve bodies linking them to their material and chemical analysis certificates. Safety is a priority of our manufacturing and design processes, which is why the spindles have ‘back seating’ and ‘anti-blowout’ as standard, a major safety feature. Also, ‘an anti-removable’ steel pin is fitted into the body so that the head unit cannot be removed inadvertently.
Valve manifolds afford more efficient system operations in comparison to opening and closing each valve independently. The advantages of Valve Manifolds allow for increased efficiency as they reduce downtime when cleaning process lines. Since they operate more efficiently, valve manifolds also reduce plant energy consumption and associated costs, which is another significant benefit throughout many industries.
