Hydraulically Actuated Subsea Gate Valves
Oliver Valvetek Limited manufactures a range of hydraulically actuated subsea gate valves, from 1/2" bore to 1" bore. These valves typically have an operating pressure rating up to 15,000psi [1,034...
Multi-award-winning Oliver Valvetek has become renowned globally for engineered-to-precision subsea gate valves. At Oliver Valvetek, we are able to draw on our vast experience and bring technical and commercial know-how into the equation.
After 40 years of experience within the industry, the team is fully familiar with requirements from National, Major and Independent Oil and Gas operators and contractors across the globe. We are also at the cutting-edge of material technology and perform full mechanical and chemical analysis.
With Oil and Gas extraction becoming more advanced, the industry demands only the most innovative engineering excellence. Oliver Valvetek’s Research and Development department continually pushes the boundaries of innovation to engineer subsea gate valves that are suitable for high-pressure working pressures and superior performance under both high and low temperatures.
Oliver Valvetek’s range of Subsea Gate Valves:
At Oliver Valvetek, we have three different types of Subsea Gate Valves available within our range, each specifically designed for an operational life of at least 25 years subsea, in the most demanding of environments.
Oliver Valvetek has a range of Hydraulically Actuated Gate Valves which come in a variety of Actuator ratings from 4500ft, 6890ft and 10,000ft water depth actuation. Those valves also have a 3/8″ nominal bore to a 1″ nominal bore. Hydraulically Actuated Gate valves typically have an operating pressure rating up to 15,000psi [1,034bar] and an operating temperature range of -20F [29c] to +311F [+155c]
Complementing the Hydraulic Gate Valves are mechanically operated Manual Gate valves, supplied in either Half Turn operation or Multi-turn operation. These valves are typically operated by Remote Operated Vehicles (ROV) with interface adapters to meet client’s specific needs. During Qualification, all mechanical gate valves are hyperbaric tested to a water depth of 10,000ft which is 3050m.
Oliver Valvetek Gate Valve Seat Sealing technology has been refined using only the best HVOF tungsten Carbide processes in the world. All these processes have been qualified to seal effectively with both liquid and gaseous processes to API6A PSL3G.
Our reputation has been built on attention to detail, our highly efficient and lean operations as well as the extensive array of in-house testing facilities we offer. The Oliver Valvetek team provides customers with highly innovative products that will perform in subsea conditions without compromise.
